Jeeves Consumer Services — Claim rejected for Redmi K20 Pro | |||
I Vishal Bhaseen purchased Redmi K20 Pro on August 10th 2020, delivered on August 15th 2020 alongwith Flipkart Jeeves complete mobile protection plan. On July 11th 2021 I lodged the complaint as I found a patch on my phone, my mobile was being picked up on July 13th 2021 & that is supposed to be resolved in next 10 business days maximum by July 25th 2021. With regular follow ups my mobile was delivered to me on August 22nd without any repairs & that too happened after almost 42 days . I approached them that my mobile was not repaired & now they are denying with the reason that policy has expired. 1. I lodged the complaint within policy period . 2. No action has been taken within suggested time frame. 3. My mobile was deposited with MI service centre on August 20th almost after 40 days. 4. By that time my policy has expired. 5. I was never given any update about the delay being made. I am feeling cheated as they must have delayed my complaint so that my policy came to an end. Was this information helpful? | |||
