[Resolved] Jeeves Consumer Services — defective blaupunkt 40" led + pathetic tv installation done | |||
Dear concern, The tv installation from jeeves is not appropriate and desirable. The jeeves technician (Mithlesh kumar - [protected]) is also behaving badly with us. He damaged my brand new tv cabinet while fixing the blaupunkt tv on the tv cabinet on 2nd oct 2019. Besides this, the tv picture quality is not at all good. The same has been properly validated by my tatasky technician today 10 oct 2019 around 11 am. The picture is coming out blur and hd channels are showing good amount of blur lines on dark picture shades. The sad part is that neither flipkart nor jeeves are listening our issues and ready to assist. I demand the replacement or refund of my amount as i will not keep defective tv at my home. Had paid flipkart for quality and correct product only not for defective one. Please assist! Was this information helpful? | |||
