Jeeves Consumer Services — extended warranty by jeeves provided by flipkart - phone neither repaired nor delivered back. | |||
Hi, In Sept 2018, I bought an Iphone 8 from Flipkart and being on a safer side also went ahead with their Extended Warranty Plan which is supported by Jeeves Consumer Services. Somehow phone faced some issues and having that warranty I felt a bit in luck, but for last 15 days I have been chasing their customer care to update me with the status of my device but there has been no response from their end, keeping the fact in mind that they offer warranty with 10 days service and return guarantee. The people at Jeeves are the worst example of customer service and whenever I call up their customer service they never have a clue of what is going on. I have only been getting a timeline of 48 hours every time I call mentioning, " We will let you know", but after 15 days of time they have not updated with my devices status nor have they returned it to me. Following are the details: Jeeves Plan Id. JPPOFFK150449 Flipkart Order Id - OD[protected] Device Name - Apple iPhone 8 (Space Grey, 64 GB) Device Model - iPhone8 Complaint Logged: My phone's touch is not working on the Right Half side of the screen. I have already formatted it but nothing seems to work. except from this my phone is in perfect condition without any scratches or breakage.
