Jeeves Consumer Services — extended warranty certificate not provided by jeeves | |||
My name is Harpreet Singh. I had purchased a 43 inch led tv from flipkart on 30/05/2018. The make of tv was vu and model # was 1F2UA23568 serial number TVSEVAGETYQGY6HV. The tv was installed by jeeves at my home. At the time of installation i have purchased an extended warranty of 2 years as suggested by the installation executive of jeeves for an amount of Rs. 2, 340.00 through paid through UPI mode (UPI Reference no pay_AHnabA2pcWwnDG). However Jeeves customer services has not provided me with any warranty certificate of this amount. I just have the payment receipt of it and I have followed their customer care number and have dropped several emails to Customer support and Extended Warranty team too. But till now i have not received any EW Certifacte. I request you to take up my grievance against Jeeves on an urgent basis and help me to get an extended warrant card. They have replaced motherboard of Iphone as part of extended warranty . but there is no document provided for change of IMEI number more than 40days . and I am getting reply as we are working to prepare the document .
Here, this is a joint fraud by Jeeves and FLipkart as a promotor .since both are e-commerce fraud and no support and blaming each other .
