Jeeves Consumer Services — Extended warranty money refund | |||
I've requested to jeeves to cancel my extended warranty on sep 5th 2020 its been one month till now i didn't got my money back background: ive purchased a motorola TV from flipkart, after two months i got issue with TV so for that i have asked for replacement to jeeves as they are providing the service, they came and took TV but with out informing they changed the status to refund, even though i've accepted and later cancelled my extended warranty from jeeves i dropped a mail to [protected]@jeeves.co.in the replayed by asking my bank details and some required documents for refund policy, i have shared all details they told with in 8-9 business working days money will credited but till now money not credited in my account i called multiple times and asked for this issue, every time same reply (sir please wait for two days your issue will be cleared) such a worst organisation i have seen and experienced till now Was this information helpful? | |||
