Jeeves Consumer Services — I'm complaining about not getting proper response from insurance company

Respected sir,

I have purchased a phone from flipkart vivo z1 pro imei:-[protected]
And also have the policy no:- jppoffk2179159
There is 20 days and still i didn't get any services from you even your employee refused to give insurance policy copy.
That means now i have to present the issue at consumer court.
