Jeeves Consumer Services — Installation not done in promise time | |
I purchased Motorola tv on flipkart.they delivered my tv on 11th January.and and they set up installation date with Jeeves for my tv on 12th January on 12th January they reschedule 19th January my installation date without my concern or without any contact with me.then i call there customer care helpline they said you reschedule it..After heavy argument they accept it. And said withing 2 business days installation will be done...But still nothing can happen .Ao i again call them they say your installation date reschedule by you and it is 19 th January...I wonder ...And tell before two days .You said within 2 business installation will be done...And now give me new date 19th January...Again after lots of argument they said within 2 business days it will be done let's watch will it happen or done..But I never expect this type of behaviour reputed company like Jeeves...Very very disappointed never by items which require installation from flipkart or Jeeves ...We can nothing do because if we done installation self...
