Jeeves Consumer Services — jeeves consumer services not solved my problem from the last 17 days | |||
Last year on 14th sep i purchased a mi tv from flipkart along with jeeves extended warranty for 2 more years in which if they not solve the issue in 30 days they will replace the product. The jeeves policy number is Jppoffk498621. My registered mobile number is [[protected]]. I registered a complaint 2nd nov 2019 and their engineer visited my house on 2nd nov and he said within seven days your tv panel is being replaced as there is problem regarding panel in which a horizontal line appears on my tv. I waited for another 15 days and when there is no response from the jeeves. I called to their both customer support number both are not working. I sent them mail on [protected]@jeeves.co.in, [protected]@jeeves.co.in, [protected]@jeeves.co.in. But there is no response from them.
