We have purchased tv from Flipkart and Flipkart had sended Jeeves installation person...we had be explained about 3 yrs insurance of rs 6593 / we had got recipts of d same .we asked is dis d recipt which do not contain any helpline number or contact number of company no any terms and conditions was provided...dey said yes dis is only receipt and for any query u contact mi Mr Devendra.i said ok
On 4 th day of installation tv was not working properly so we returned to Flipkart and contacted mr.devendra and told we returned tv to Flipkart wt about insurance money .he said ur issues is genuine and we will refund ur amount.i asked wt should I do ...he said we will mail from our side u dnt worry.den after that I again called to ask till where process has reached he did conference call to his senior to ask what to do...his senior said ...put mail further and mention refund...n told mi he will do dat...till today he is telling d same.den after some days he gave us coustomer care number and told to enquire will where process has reached and gave us complaint number ..we had taken company mail id from coustomer care and mailed all in detail n Dey asked for Flipkart refund proof we had provided d same in pdf and jpg format...but company to not responding for d same ...plz solve d issues and do d needful...i think some people sitting under Jeeves company are not serving honestly...and took away our money and putting down company name by their act...Nasik branch mr Devendra is concern person we contact.plz go through dis issue till end . thank you
