This is regarding my Policy ID: PCPJVS0V[protected] and Claim ID: CLAJVS[protected], and I must say my experience with Jeeves has been nothing short of a nightmare.
Here are the facts of my case:
I raised a claim in October 2024. After weeks of back-and-forth, I was told I would only get a 50% refund.
Meanwhile, 2–3 technicians visited, and instead of fixing the TV, they caused further damage while opening it.
I refused the 50% settlement and demanded either a full repair or 100% refund.
Shockingly, my ticket was closed without resolution.
Later, in July 2025, a new case was raised, and I was assured a technician would visit for inspection — but no one has ever come.
Every time I call, I get the same scripted response: “Wait 24–48 hours, a technician will come” — but nothing happens.
Because of this negligence, my TV has been non-functional since October 2024 — almost a year now! What is the point of paying for a Jeeves protection plan if the service is this useless?
This is utterly frustrating, careless, and unprofessional service.
I demand an immediate resolution — either a complete repair or a 100% refund — without further excuses. If this is not resolved, I will escalate to higher authorities (Consumer Court, National Consumer Helpline) and continue to share my experience publicly so others are warned about the pathetic service Jeeves provides.
Enough is enough. Customers should be aware before trusting Jeeves with their money.
