I have purchased laptop oon Flipkart with extended warranty on Nov 2019. Recently I got issue with my laptop and I called to Flipkart for support for my extended warranty. Flipkart said that claim your extended warranty with Jeeves consumer services then I called to Jeeves for support. The customer care was raised claim request for the extended warranty on 3 Feb 2021 and customer care said technician will be reached out in 2days. I waited for the call for 4 days after that I mailed to Jeeves regarding the issue several times.
There were always saying that " We really apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Thank you for bringing this concern. We have highlighted this issue to our concerned branch team and they are working on the same.
Kindly allow us some time to get this resolved."
Since one month they were saying same thing but not resolving the issue. This is worst experience I never faced before. So kindly refund the amount or provide the service for my extended warranty.
