Jeeves Consumer Services — misbehaviour from jeeves engineer on call | |
Dear sir, This is bring into notice regarding miss behavior conducted with me over the call by jeeves team regarding order id od[protected]. Please find below point of communication used by jeeves engineer mr shashank ([protected]) l which should not be used with any customer but your team is doing so. 1) talking in abusive manner with higher tone (Saying chutiya to me in attached clip at 6:06 seconds). Clip attached 2) saying "tu" "tu" in every conversion he used to me. 3) he was saying "abhi tere ghar aa ke dekh leta hu" in threatening manner. 4) where will you go without me i do work of fitting for flipkart and amazon too. 5) as per communication over phone with flipkart team there would be no charges of reinstallation within return period. But still guy is asking for installation charges. If he is not clear he should confirm to flipkart team not do argument with customer. 6) i had purchased product for my parents, so is this the way they talk to senior citizens, the way he is talking there is security consent for customer too. Please go through attached clip. Are these kind of people associated with flipkart? What is big point in re-installation if installation is found inaccurate. If flipkart can provide resolution then it should. Else say no but non of company representative should talk to customer in this manner. And with my current experience with flipkart i think i should avoid any purchase from flipkart in future. Was this information helpful? | |
