Complaint letter to Jeeves (Order ID: OD[protected]
This is regarding Screen Protection Plan with SPFKIK[protected] for MOTO G54.
Regarding Claim ID: CLSPO[protected]
I KANHAYA SINGH, purchased a mobile (MOTO G54) from FLIPKART in Nov. 2023 with a screen protection plan of Jeeves consumer services Private Limited.
In april 2024, the Screen damaged so I requested for screen replacement of my mobile (MOTO G54) on 02.04.2024.
After conversation with JEEVES care I submitted the required documents & images of my mobile and processing fee of Rs.1000 paid on 05.04.2024 and mobile was picked up by JEEVES on 10.04.2024.
After some days I received a SMS of part payment link of Rs.2750 but there is no information about what parts they want to make me payment.
I asked JEEVES customer care for the Mobile service centre address so that I can physically verify my mobile but he denied to give any such information.
He also denied sharing any details about JEEVES office. It's a very strange and pathetic.
Then I had to make a payment of 2750 on 25.04.2024 as I had no option. And shared the payment details with JEEVESH on mail.
After this, I have called JEEVES customer care almost 50 times and almost 30 plus e-mailed but its 120 plus days have gone and there is no satisfactory response I received from them.
Every time I called them, I have to explain the matter from beginning and same response they given “we are still working on it, please wait for two business days.”
That’s why I mentally suffered a lot due to their irresponsible behaviour.
I received an email from JEEVES on 26.06.24 regarding cancellation of my protection plan without any reason.
Then I talked to Jeeves' executive and he told me that My policy is cancelled due to customer requests. And my mobile has been dispatched on dt. 21.06.2024 without any repair but I they mislead me and today I called them, now they are saying that your case is re initiated and asking for mobile documents and processing fee.
First of all, I mention that I never requested cancellation then how they could do this cheap exercise.
Now tell me what about my Money which I paid (Rs.1000 for processing and Rs.2750 for Part payment for their disgusting and cheap process. And the mentally trauma I faced during this period. When I asked customer care for JEEVES office address, he clearly denied.
I lost an amount of Rs.18097 (Rs.14048 for mobile purchase, Rs.299 for screen protection plan and Rs.3750 for processing and part payment). Along with this amount I want a significant amount as a compensation for mentally harassment.
