Jeeves Consumer Services — Moto edge 50 fusion protection id - pcmflk0v[protected]

I bought a mobile from Flipkart in June 2024 with a complete protection plan for 1 year from Flipkart, with protection ID PCMFLK0V[protected]. Within the 1 year, on March 2, 2025, my phone's screen got damaged, and immediately on March 3, 2025, I called the consumer care number of Jeeves to register a complaint, with claim ID CLAFLK[protected]. For this, I again made a payment of 1500 because I was told this is the service charge for picking up and dropping off the device.
After that, I did not receive any courier call and Jeeves sent me an email saying your address is incomplete after 3-4 days. Then I spoke to customer care and again got a new logistic ID created against my claim, which almost picked up my product on March 19, 2025, 15 days after registering the claim. When I called consumer care on March 21, Jeeves people told me sorry your claim has been canceled. I asked for a solution and they registered a new claim with ID CLAFLK[protected]. After that, I was told that within 15 working days you will receive your phone. Since then, I have been following up and was told every day that your phone will be delivered by April 8.
When today, April 8, I called again to check the status of my claim, I was informed that your device is still in the warehouse and has not arrived at the service center. You should give it another 2 days.in these 40 days, I called 20 times every 2 days and all I received were fake promises. Today, I have lost hope, whether I will even receive my device or not. Please help me.

And the most confusion part is no offices or physical person is there to whom I got to know about my phone.
