Dear Team,

1. Flipkart Order ID: OD[protected]

2. Device Thomson 55 inch 4K TV.

3. Jeeves technician in Belgaum, Mr.KR Ashok allocated for installation and during installation, he asked us to choose Complete Protection Lite 3 Year by paying Rs.2560/-. Thus, we paid and got the plan ID: CPJV[protected]

4. Device turned out to be defective.

5. Refund accepted by Flipkart

6. Flipkart refund ID:[protected]

7. Uninstallation done by KR Ashok Kumar ([protected])

8. I keep following up with Mr.KR Ashok on his mobile number [protected] to enquire on refund of Rs.2560/-. But yet, not received any confirmation from his end. Moreover, he is not even answering my calls. Being a customer, such things will create more confusion and thus, negative word of mouth will affect others who will choose to prefer Jeeves services. I am looking forward to obtaining a clear picture of the refund of Rs.2560 which was paid to Mr.KR Ashok during installation. Nobody has guided on how to raise a refund for Rs.2560/- from Jeeves.

9. Mr. Ashok has collected the bank account details to process the refund. However, your customer service representative from [protected] is saying that the amount shall not be refunded as it has to be done within 10 days. Flipkart has refunded the money and Jeeves is not ready for it, though your representative Mr.Ashok is completely aware of this clause, happens not to educate the same to the customer.

We are having many proofs which we believe can help you and your team to get us our money back. Mailing you is one of the hopes to get our answers. If else, we will definitely choose the court of law to obtain justice sooner.
