My self Preeti naik having register mobile No. [protected], I book redmie 7a mate on 07.09.2019 from Flipkart with one year warranty on name of Mr. Prashant Dharmameher. Herewith attaching invoice for your reference.

On 02.06.2020 my phone not detecting sim network, which already i confrim with your customer service[protected] & your customer care confirm that the phone was retutrn within 15 days. you person arrange pick up from Blue dart on 30.06.2020 against AWB No. [protected] & same phone reached in your noida centre on 03.07.2020.

As per your return policy phone should dispatched from you within 15 days, but now already 15 days over but i not received my phone.

i severally calling with your customer care number, but they not get me proper answer with solution.
