Jeeves Consumer Services — POco C3 screen damage

On 12th of Apr I raised a complaint that my phone screen is damaged and they asked me send all the documents like photos of phone with damage, IMEI number and my invoice which I did and then I received a message asking me to pay a processing fee of 500 which I did on 14th April. They said they will send a technician to pickup the phone and wille be repaired in next 15 days however today is 28th of April and no one came to pickup the phone or the phone got repaired till now. Whenever I call or email them I get a standard pre drafted email stating issue will get resolved in next 2 business days and it has been multiple 2 business days and there is no resolution provided.
