I had purchased new mobile redmi note 7 pro from flipkart on 19th june 2019. With that i had purchased complete mobile protection plan. From last 2months i am trying to claim my insurance but they are just taking process. But nobody is responding proper way. Its complete online process. We cannot go there office to process the claim. They are taking advantage of online and keep shut down there helpline number.[protected]. Next month insurance is expiring. And they are not responding. Was this information helpful? | |||
