Jeeves Consumer Services — Repair of my Samsung Microwave under warranty | |
I had bought a Samsung Microwave from Flipkart with extended warranty of Jeeves. In April 2021 my Microwave stopped working and since it was under warranty from Jeeves, I registered the complaint for its repair with Jeeves on 15 th April. Since then they are one by one changing parts at 15-20 days wait period but could not make it functional. It is about 3 months from my complaint, but still they have neither repaired it or given me any replacement. The product is still under warranty. Was this information helpful? | |
