I had purchased Samsung AUE60 43" from Flipkart on April 1, 23. Jeeves technician who had come to install the product sold me 3 year complete protection plan for Rs. 2503.
Last month, September, 24, TV stopped working. I had reached out to Jeeves support on 29th September who had opened a complaint & assigned technician Mohammad Tariq. This guy visited around 2nd September and before veryfying serial number of the TV, opened it & conveniently closed it back as he broke the LED screen. 2 days later I get a phone/email communication asking for the photo of serial number from the back of the TV.
I shared the Samsung brand sticker, which had an extra alphabet 'V' in the serial number that was not present on the invoice. Citing this reason, Jeeves closed my complaint & asked me to reach out to Flipkart for further support.
Since then I have reached out to Jeeves multiple times over phone & email, while sharing the correct serial number photo from the back of my TV, that matches with invoice (extra char on Samsung sticker was anti piracy tag with a lot of different details provided by Samsung, whereas the other serial number pasted elsewhere was the one Jeeves needed for verification).
Whenever I reach out to support, these guys open a new complaint, simply extend the timeline by 3 days. Ticket gets assigned to the same technician, who keeps on reporting the same issue "serial number mismatch" even without visiting or calling. While the email team has multiple times confirmed that the latest photo with serial number matches correctly & the need 3 days to work on this ticket; but this whole process keeps on going in a loop.

I WANT THE TV REPAIRED, which only had problem related to PCB but due to your technicians in-efficiency, now the LED screen is broken as well.
