Date of first & last complaint - 17.01.2025 & 22.02.2025 First Complaint Ticket No :[protected] dated 17.01.2025 Last Complaint Claim ID No : Claim ID is CLAJVS[protected] dated 22.02.2025 My Jeeves Extended warranty Plan ID: CPJVCR[protected] valid upto 20.09.2025 Description of the Incident : I have taken extended warranty from 21.09.22 to 20.09.25 from Jeeves of Rs.2625/- when purchase this TV. Now there is a white line on left side of TV screen in my Blaupunkt QLED TV from the last 20-25 days. I had raised many complained about this issue with Jeeves but after 35 Days my issue is not resolved. I have received so many SMS from Jeeves for arrange engineer for site visit but till date your engineer was not visited to my residence for tv service. +1 photos +1 videos Was this information helpful?
