Hi, i bought a VU 40 inch TV on flipkart with Jeeves extended 2 years warranty on Nov 14th 2018.
TV Purchase date: 14th Nov 2018
Jeeves Extended Warranty: 14h Nov 2019 to 14th Nov 2021
TV Repair Date: 6th Sep 2020
Complaint raised date: 7th Sep 2020

My TV got repaired on 6th Sep 2020 and i have registered complaint on 7th Sep 2020. Jeeves techinician came to my house on 8th Sep and told that display board is not working, he will raise a request for spare parts, which will be replaced before 15th Sep.
When i called Jeeves customer support they told that spare till not received and the ETA is normally 20 days, due to COVID situation they increased to 30 days, if spare part not received, they will raise a refund request after 7th Oct 2020.
Now the customer support team, updated that service end date changed to 16th October (this was not updated / notified to me). Also they are not giving proper update, on 9th Oct they told that refund will be initiated for me and i will get the mail shortly and today (12th Oct) they are updating that still they are waiting for spare parts.
