The TV ran into a problem and after the technician visited the place, they have raised a ticket previously on 02-Mar-2021. As it is a Motherboard problem, they have asked me to wait until 21 days for the resolution. They made me wait until 16th day and they updated the ticket as closed and mentioned the comments as "Customer requested cancellation". This is very Unethical from their side. I have followed up multiple times explaining them that I have not given any comments to cancel the ticket. After one week of follow ups, they told they cannot Re-Open the ticket and asked me to raise a new ticket.

So a new ticket was raised on 23-Mar-2021. And they have asked me to wait for another 21 days for resolution. As of 13-Apr-2021, the 21 days timeframe is also completed. When reached out to them, they keep on asking me to wait for 2 more business days.
It has been already 40 days since the technician has first visited to repair the tv still now I didn't receive any update from them. All they say is wait for 2 business days.
I would like to get a replacement or return immediately or get the TV repaired immediately. I am fed up with the unethical behavior of the company.
