There were no service provided to my over 30 days delayed luggage, no communication for over 2 weeks with 3 e-mails sent to baggage team, even 48 hours feedback was announced. This company policy in case of their fault is "shut up, we will not give you anything". Letter as: "Hello, I have sent you an e-mail days ago and did not get any reply, any idea why? Thank you. E-mail:Dear sir/madam, my name is Victor Charevic, on my flight to Mumbai BT221615, my baggage was lost, (file ref. Nr.: BOM9W96781" and so on was ignored for over a week.
