Hi,

I would like to lodge a severe complaint against jet airways for forcefully implying the excess baggage fees on my father (senior citizen) travelling back from usa to kolkata. attached is the baggage details. my father's acute copd has aggravated because of the continuous hassle that he faced on that day at the mumbai airport. the jet airways officials did not want to listen to my father's statements to check the itinerary code which clearly mentions that he is allowed 2 baggages per person

I want strict action against jet airways and compensation to my father's ill health
