I would seek your intervention in the matter since your staff has not responded to my various emails in respect to fradulent debit of 75, 004 JP Miles debited to my account on 18th January, 18 for some cash vouchers for using at amazon.in
By being non-responsive they allowed the vouchers to get it issued and encashed it as soon as same are issued

Please advise cooncerned staff to credit 75, 004 Miles back to my account since I never ever asked Jet Airways Reward Stores to issue me cash vouchers

Despite repeated reminders from my end since 19th January, 18 no action whatsoever has been taken from your end on the subject resulting in to misuse of these vouchers by someone at amazon.in

Please arrange to credit 75004 miles back to my Jet Privilege Account IMMEDIATELY since I never made any request for issuance of Amazon In digital vouchers and instead of helping me in finding out who are the culprit and how did this transaction was made you whether with your connivance or not it does shows your website is not secure and Jet Privilege does not bother to respond swiftly to customer complaint on hacking of account and misue of information in connivance with Jet Privilege staff.
If still no action is taken from your end matter shall be referred to Cyber Crime Cell and to Press
