We travelled from hyderabad to amsterdam with stop-over at mumbai on 08-09 dec 2018. Our baggage was not received at our destination. After one day one of the bags was received at amsterdam and delivered. The second bag is still missing.
The file reference for the baggage is ams9w13134.
It has been 5 days since both klm and jet have not been able to find it and what even more discomforting is the lack of communication. We have received not a single communication regarding the search and end up calling daily to different countries over different time zones.
As of now, the situation is as follows:
- jetairways (Mumbai) is sure the placed the baggage our flight to ams
- klm could only find one bag and refuses to say anything about the second
- we are repeating the same conversation when we call klm
It seems klm wants to carry the search on for a few days to divert claims to jetairways. Was this information helpful? |
