Jet Airways — misbehaviour of the agency | |||
Sir, I am a regular online shopping customer.Usually I get purchased items via Indian Post.Recently I get it via Blue Dart since I moved to another place Parippally. The.The Blue Dart agency is about 20kms away from my place and there is no home delivery to my new address compared to Indian post.So it makes me much difficult to travel these distance and collect the items.On the other hand I get my items much later than the expected date which was given in blue dart tracking.As I called Varkala Blue Dart agency about the delivery date they speak to me in a rude manner as it is not their responsibility to answer me and disconnect the phone.So kindly please ask them to behave in a good manner else I will forward my the complaint to Consumer Court.
