[Resolved] Jet Airways — MOBILE APP TRANSACTION DIDNOT GO THROUGH AND STILL CREDIT CARD DEBITED | |||
An amount of Rs.5762 was charged to my credit card while I tried to book through the jetairways app on my mobile on 17 Oct 2014. The transaction didnot go through and it clearly displayed that there is error but the amount was charged to my credit card. Eventually I booked the same ticket through Yatra.com and it went through. I didnot receive any communication on the booking from Jetairways. I immediately asked my Credit Card Bank to stop the payment. They informed me that if the amount is not remitted back in two days I should complain them, which I did as I didnot receive the funds back. I intimated Jetairways by mail on 21 Oct 2014 on the same. From that day not a single positive response has been received except a mail stating that the issue is taking more time and more investigation has to be done. My bank gave interim credit but reversed it saying the amount was charged by Jetairways. Even a credit was received from Jetairways this month but was reversed in 2 days. I have been following on the transaction for the past two months. Every time I mail (till now 8 reminders)I get an automated mail stating that they will come back in 72 hours and till date the issue stands unresolved and the money is still lying with you. The Airline took quite a good amount of time and finally credited my account. But the intimation was never done till I wrote back...
