[Resolved] Jet Airways — Passengers not allowed to board flight | |||
This is regarding LHDZAW and passengers BHARATI ROY (73 YEARS) and PRIYANKA SARKAR, (22 YEARS) travelling via Jet Konnect from Ahmedabad to Kolkata on 15th April 2014. The tickets were booked on 23rd January through IBIBO and check in was done as per schedule through the airlines website. When they checked in today, they were issued boarding passes. Priyanka enquired about the short stopover at Delhi to which your staff responded that it was ok. Later on near the boarding gate they were asked to step back and take a different flight as the Delhi connecting flight gap was too short. They were been allotted a very inconvenient flight via Mumbai and reached at night instead of morning. The reason for booking a morning flight well in advance was that their house is locked and they need to get it cleaned. Also many others are involved which includes dropping, pick up, cleaners, internet service, etc who were given specific timings based on their Kolkata arrival time. In fact there was a Go Air flight just an hour later which was direct but your representative asked them to pay a fantastic fare to board that flight. Was this information helpful? | |||
