Jet Airways — PNR not received but money deducted from credit card | |
on 19th July I was trying to book an air ticket (IXE-DXB) on Jet Airways official website for my son Mohammed Nihal Anwar. I made the payment thru Citibank credit card. Then I got a message saying that there was an error while processing the payment and the booking was not made. I didnt receive any mail from Jet airways with PNR number or booking confirmation. Later on I purchased the ticket on the same flight using Makemytrip's mobile app for which I paid using the same Citibank credit card.
However I received a mail from Citibank stating that Rs.8463/- was spent on my credit card for Jet Airways for the unsuccessful attempt for purchasing the Ticket. (Citibank Reference No.[protected]-AUCNP1)
Please inform me whether f there are two bookings in the name of Mohammed Nihal Anwar on flight No: 9W532 - IXE-DXB journey date 23/07/15 Dep 23.35. if so I have to cancel one booking prior to the departure of the flight and avail the refund. In such case I prefer to cancel the booking made thru jet Airways website.
Please send me the PNR generated by Jet airways site or else reimburse Rs.8463/-to my Citibank Credit Card. Was this information helpful? | |
