Jet Airways — refund not issued cancelled flight

Dear sir,

I booked jet airways flight under pnr number rssewk through yatra and etptqa through cleartrip from chandigarh to vadodara for dated 31/03/2018. Jet airways cancelled flight and reschedule my flight after again 4 to 5 days cancelled reschedule flight. But till date jet airways not given full refund. Many times contact customer care but not found any results.
