[Resolved] Jet Airways — Round trip flight- HYD- MUM | |||
Dear Jet Airways Executives, I regret to inform you the service provided to me by jet airways. I had booked Jet Airways flight number 9W325 for Jan 01, 2015 from Hyd-Bom. Due to unavoidable reasons, I missed my flight. Also, I have a flight back from Mum to Hyd for Jan 04, 2015, for which I was informed I could not board it inspite of the flight being 3 days later. Also, when I asked for the policy paper stating the same, your representatives kept beating around the bush and repeating the same thing. On the other hand, when I asked for cancellation and I was told that I would not be provided any cancellation amount due to no show on my first flight, which I agree with but I was told i would not get any cancellation charges even on my return trip. Kindly let me know if this is the service you provide to your regular customers and if such policies are existing why are your customer reps not aware of the documentation to provide the same to the customer.
