i want to complaint against your staff Mr Anand Sachania and Mrs Arwa Bharmal from Rajkot airport .

I was denied to board my flight and was asked me to buy a new ticket which cost me Rs 41174/- instead of me having a flight ticket already .
The way they spoke to was rude, harsh and inproper . I asked if i could speak to thier manager they replied " he is not available " I asked for a connecting flight but was refused . And had to spend a night in Rajkot because of this and had to buy a new ticket .


I am using jet airways from a long time and i am their very old customer . i always travel From London to INDIA with jet airways . Buts time the service which they provided me at the airport was no way a passenger should be treated with, and that a very old and loyal customer .


i want a full refund of the ticket which they made me buy instead having a flight ticket . (Rs 41174 /- ) .


I have a wide network of friends and family members using the services of jet airways and they wont like what i have to say about jet airways this time .
