Jet Airways — wrong information given by jet airways staff on 3th march at 2.15 pm | |||
I was flying from lko delhi delhi dammam on 3rd march2019 they cancelled my flight and asked me to take my refund from saudi arabia my visa was expiring on the 5march I had to buy another ticket of 4th march airindia/ airindia took me from lko to delhi and as i was not be able to reach on time due to immigration rush and rush at the airindia baggage counter i was off loaded by air india now it was 5th march and my visa expiring in the night I had terrible time with no money no time left then i approach the jet airways the last time and they issueds me another ticket on the basis of my old ticket and i reached saudi arabia just 2 minutes before my visa expirayion What i need to know why the lady at the lko airport didi not do the same thing that would have safed the harrasment which i faced due to the negligence of jet airways staff at the lko airport i am a heart patient and it was a nightmare for me i want strict action to be taken against the lady present on duty at the lko airport on the 3th march at 2.30pm and i be copmpensated for the problem and harrasment i went thru My pnr#9w/etkt 589 [protected]-40 syed kalbe zuhair Was this information helpful? | |||

Nobody can understand such text.
You, as a pssenger, can claim the particular amount from the issuaing e-ticket airline, if you are able to present:-
1. each e-ticket and copy of passport for future
2. explanation: when and where (airport, email) the events happened,
3. what happened (flight cancellation),
4. who was envolved (air carrier or travel agent name),
5. what was the result for you (loss of money)
6. to experss the claim in fugures to the correct responder (the air carrier).
If the author do not know the basic elements of the complaining,
the author cann hire a lawyer or legal profesiinal in the civil aviation for the agreed monetary remuniration.
Nobody has a duty to examine the unidentified complaints.
But the air carrier has a duty to compensate not later than in 30 days following lodging the correct complaint of passenger either in India or in Saudi Arabia.
