Jharkhand Bijli Vitran Nigam — non credit of paid electricity bill

I paid my electric bill for the month of july on 27th august 2019 through ezybzly app of jharkhand bijli vitran nigam. The bill was of rs 1360. My name is parween bano, consumer number n1330, sub division main road ranchi (Division). The payment was through paynimo. I paid by credit card.
My credit card account was debited but it didn't show up in the electric bill which remains unpaid. I am afraid i will be forced to pay the bill again and the fine as well.
