Jharkhand Bijli Vitran Nigam Complaints & Reviews

I paid my electric bill for the month of july on 27th august 2019 through ezybzly app of jharkhand bijli vitran nigam. The bill was of rs 1360. My name is parween bano, consumer number n1330, sub division main road ranchi (Division). The payment was through paynimo. I paid by credit card.
My credit card account was debited but it didn't show up in the electric bill which remains unpaid. I am afraid i will be forced to pay the bill...

I paid Rs 1360 on 27th August 19 to Jharkhand Bijli vitran Nigam through their Android app EzyBzly using my HDFC credit card, my credit card account was debited but my bill was not paid. I will not only will have to pay the bill but also the fines thereof.The program EzyBzly hanged at the last moment and didn't inform me of the success of the payment
Please look into my at the earliest.
