We are staying in own house at Patra Gonda, kanke, Ranchi from last 5 years but this time I have received excess bill on 9th Sept. 21 i.e. total net demand = Rs. 14, 545 for bill month - 8, bill period - 2, Bill no. [protected]. Note that I have already paid today to avoid late fine. Can you please advise to rectify why power consumption and bill is so high?

I live near Agrasen Bhawan Road, Dumka, Jharkhand. There is a continuous voltage issue from 10 days which is leading to malfunctioning of appliances. The water pump does not work due to low voltage leading to issues for the whole locality. I would request you to please look into it and supply apt electricity as per requirement....
