Respected Sir/Madam,

It's been many days that we are facing overloading issue in my area, Taldanga housing colony, Kumardubi, Dhanbad, Jharkhand. The lights flicker, fans run very slow, even electricity supply got disconnected only for few houses due to overload.

Please help.

            Sir, electrical pole at my Lane is tilted and may fall in any time, I hv complain many time but electric department not taking any action till now. At other Lane electrical cables are laid by electrical department but not working on my Lane I e at road no 14, 15, bholidh road gamharia Adityapur jharkhand.pls take necessary action in this regard.

              Dear Sir/Madam,
              I have paid my electricity bill for Rs.5950/- on 05/10/2020 through Tech Process Gateway using internet banking for Jharkhand Bijli Vitran Nigam Ltd. The amount has been deducted from my SBI Account but failed to generate confirmation receipt. The amount has not been deposited to jbvnl account, nor has it been return back to my bank account. My consumer no.- B1322; of sub-electricity office at Kokar, Ranchi, Jharkhand. The Bank transaction Reference No. is CHE6004089 for deducting the amount from my bank account on 05-Oct-2020.
              I, therefore, request you kindly make the payment successful or return back the amount to my bank account as early as possible. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

                My JBVNL consumer no. is KBDS007588 i had pay 363 rupees For my last bill, the Amount is debited from my acoount, but jbvnl doesn't show and the receipt not generated it showed error 67 ... .
                Please help me either refund my Payment or pay the bill and provide the receipt . Here by I am attaching the account statement having debited amount with the refference transaction no.

                    Mera Suleman Horo hai mera consumer no. KH3521 hai maine July 2020 ka bijli bill online jama kiya tha jo ki 86 rupees tha. Urja mitra mein bill already paid show kar raha hai, fir bhi august 2020 ke bijli bill mein 86.39 rupees jodkar bhej diya hai. Mujhe ek baat samjh mein nahi aata hai ki jab payment online kiya gya hai to ye galti kaise ho gayi. Mera anurodh hai ki ise sudhara jay. Mai ek baat aur kahna chahta hoon ki bill mein last payment 30 june 2020 kyon dikha raha hai jo ki 392 rupees tha.

                      We are from doranda, ranchi. We are facing a lot of power cuts daily. We are unable to use appliances properly. Whenever we operate any aapliance such as computer or tv, the power goes out. We have got irritated.

                        My customer id is jsd12955. The total bill generated is rs 3708 including arrears. I would like to mention that the house for which this connection has been taken is locked for last 3 years. Therefore the bill has been generated without breading the meter. Hence i request you to please read the correct meter reading and revise the bill accordingly.

                          Dear sir/mam

                          This is to get your attention against my situation. Since 2017 i have been trying to get a new/ separate connection of electric meter since the old connection is in my father’s name (Sri adhir chandra rai). Consumer no.- chd0001123.
                          I have got all the papers cleared 2 to 3 times for the reconnection of electricity. They said they already disconnected but we need to pay a very big amount of money approx. Rs 30, 000. Still the amount getting accumulated but we were not aware of this because no bill was sent to our house.

                          They disconnected the electric line from our house 8 months back. After disconnecting also, i can see online the bill is getting accumulated. How is that possible? The bill in high up like rs.45, 000 around but we are not using the electricity why should we pay such amount? Chatra electric office is not giving the connection unless the amount is paid in full.

                          Requesting your help in this matter. I really want my house meter to get to normal and converted in my name.

                          Please do the needful as soon as possible. Thanks in advance for your help.

                            Kindly look into the issue we are facing, it's being 1 year complete, you can check previous records also, how in one month six thousand bill can be generated. Kindly visit our home for satisfaction but do resolve the issue,

                              I have a connection with consumer number – d612 in jugsalai area in jamshedpur in name of ‘ganesh kumar mittal.

                              November month bill for my shop is incorrect as person has taken incorrect reading for the bill.in my shop there is only 2-3 cfl and 1 fan and also if you will see the past trend the average monthly bill used to come around rs200 but in november month the bill has come for rs3136. Please correct the meter reading and send the revised bill so that i can pay the correct amount.

                              Sir on 19 march 2018 I was paying jharkhand electricity bill of amount rs 868 of customer RCH402 but it was success by bank side and payment recipit was not generated by your side.

                                In reference to the above-mentioned subject, i am writing this correspondence letter in order to raise my complaint against providing wrong electricity bill reading by meter reader for the month of august 2019, dated on 9-sep-2019, bill no. [protected] of 15, 816/- rupees with mentioning meter reading 3027 kwh instead of actual reading 320.7 kwh (See the meter photo) due to typing error.

                                Besides this, i want to let you know that it is the very high consumption o[censored]nits than my previous electric bills because my average previous billing is less than 200 to 250 kwh for each month (See the attached previous bills).

                                So in this regards, i humbly request you to resolve my issue and rectify my meter reading which is in actual 763.2 kwh dated on 21-nov-2019, 10:14 am and give me correct bill accordingly.

                                Your kind consideration and prompt action on this subject would be greatly appreciated for me and i will be always thankful you for this kind of your job.

                                  Electricity meter reader inform me that my meter is not functioning and its need for replacement. He told me that if you give me rs. 1800/- i have replace your meter. I gave him rs. 1800/- and he replaced my meter. After few days later a new meter reader visit for meter reading and he inform me that your meter is illegal and needs to verfy from deptt. And for this reason i am unable to generate your monthly bill. I am very distrub from this type of harrsement. Now deptt. Replaced the few people meter in my appartment except mine. They demand me old meter for replacement. Pl. Help me. My consumer id is 80679, consumer no. Rp3812, name khalesh kumar, mobile no. [protected].

                                      On 5th of septemeber i paid my electricity bill of rs 1135 through the website https://jbvnl.co.in the monet got deducted from my account but the receitp i got was blank, i contacted the electricity office of my area to enquire, they told that i have not made any payment. Further i called the consumer care no provided on the website they are so ignorant that neither they recieved calls nor they responded to any of my emails. Plz look into this matter..                                         Everyday electric failure, untimely cut offs and random voltage ups and downs have made our lives not less than hell. The electricity cut offs was already present from the last few months and now from the past few days, randomly and suddenly the voltages rise to a very high level and then suddenly drop to very less level that the electricity cuts off after that and all of our appliances are gone bad. I know you will not check into this matter because you don't care what is happening with the citizens of this country but i'm very much frustrated right now and i don't see any other option reaching to the authorized department
