Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission [JSERC] Complaints & Reviews

I have made online payment for electricity bill of jbvnl for the month of july 2019 on dt.04.09.2019. The bill amount was rs. 864/-only. The amount was debited from my saving bank account but electricity bill payment receipt was not generated. The transaction reference no. Is [protected]gagxtsey7 dated: 04 sep. 2019. The next electricity bill is showing this amount as arrear although i have made the payment. Please solve the issue at the earliest to relieve me from the mental agony.

On 5th of septemeber i paid my electricity bill of rs 1135 through the website https://jbvnl.co.in the monet got deducted from my account but the receitp i got was blank, i contacted the electricity office of my area to enquire, they told that i have not made any payment. Further i called the consumer care no provided on the website they are so ignorant that neither they recieved calls nor they responded to any of my emails. Plz look into this matter.. Everyday electric failure, untimely cut offs and random voltage ups and downs have made our lives not less than hell. The electricity cut offs was already present from the last few months and now from the past few days, randomly and suddenly the voltages rise to a very high level and then suddenly drop to very less level that the electricity cuts off after that and all of our appliances are gone bad. I know you will not check into this matter because you don't care what is happening with the citizens of this country but i'm very much frustrated right now and i don't see any other option reaching to the authorized department

Kindly, I inform you that I live in Chira Chas. My consumer no. DR34-01372. Electricity bill is not getting to me on proper time because Urja Mitra has not came for meter reading on proper time. I have many phone calls and whatsapp to Urja Mitra but no action has been taken through Chas Electricity Office.
Kindly look into the matter.

After election the situation has changed so much,
Their is so much shortage of electricity in morabadi as it is developed area of Ranchi.

Jharkhand the topmost state of India in producing electric power is suffer now days . Jharia largest coalfield of bituminous coal is exhausted or misused.

Their is too much power shortage in my area. Only 12 to 14 hrs we get electricity as rest to time it just goes off mostly at night.
People of morabadi are suffering to much.

So as a responsible citizen I request you solve this problem as quick as flash . So people may lead comfortable life from now

Everyday in doranda ranchi there is power cut. We are not getting the electricity most of the time.
Power cuts are more than 25times in a day. Everyday we are facing the same problem. I have absolutely no idea why jbvnl does not pick up the call. All the numbers of important person given in internet do not connect. Even the toplll free numbers do not pick up our phone call, they keep the receiver off of the phone so that people are not able to call and later they will report that they didy get any call. Kindly monitor what is the reason for so many powercut throughout the day in north office para and south office para locality which is in doranda division of ranchi. I am attaching the picture of the important person in charge of this situation and are not responding their call kindly take strict action against this.

Respected sir,
I kindly request you to go for my complaint letter, this is very serious problem in this hot climate for the students who were living in rent rooms. We don't have any inverter aur those kind of things. Simply i want to say that if there is shortage of electricity in jharkhand then also u can manage it by cutting the light in a proper fixed time for 1hr in total time gapping of 3hr in hole a day of 24 hr but here in pandra they cut without any time and for long period which cause face in this hot climate. We want justice from our new prime minister's party that we had given them vote in 2019 also to short out the electricity problem in jharkhand...

I have purchase a agarbatti making machine from desire agarbatti ramnagar road, boddom bazar, hazaribag - 825301, jharkhand, india. Contact person is deepak sahay (Mo. No. [protected], [protected], [protected]) and sapan sahay (Mo. No. [protected]). I have paid rupees 1, 70, 000 rs. And original gst no. Bill also included transportation and installation. But they sent me old and defective machine, that machine are totally stop when they sent, i have complain many times to them and rahul kumar jha (Mo. No. [protected]) employee of trade india completely misguided me and who given the reference and guaranty of this company but they are very fraud and cheater, as per discussion no one come for assemble the machine that machine are defective and very old and totally stop from long time. They are not pick up my phone and not provide any service. My labors payment, material, production and machine including very large loss. Please suggest me what can i do, and take action on against this fraud company and replace my machine.

The electricity pole of a 3 phase line is dangerously tilted into my residential plot and would any time fall down causing severe harm. Despite my several complaints the concerned authority doesn’t take appropriate action

Dear sir,
It is informed you that supply of electricity has got worse in area of kedal from bit mesra substation-ranchi-835215. Supply is cut by electricity department crew for a total of 6 to 7 hours per day. During rain or storm day, supply is cut for the whole day even there is no technical fault.
Request you to please resolve the electricity supply issue.

I am a resident of subdivision jainamore, bokaro which comes under chas circle and tenughat division. My consumer number is jnd2266. Last year around november, one person came to my house and he installed the new digital meter. I don't have any problem with this. But in my area or let say gali there are nearly 6 houses but apart from my house no other house has got the digital meter. I want to know why just my house got the digital meter and till date its been over one year still the other houses has not got the digital meter.
I feel the person who installed the digital meter, he has some grudges over my family and he somehow wanted to disturb me. I wanted to know why he did so and why after one year also, he did not get time to install the digital meter to other houses.

With due respect i want to draw your attention towards my problem which is caused due to high tension 11000v open wire passing over my house with touching distance so we are very afraid of it and sir as you know that how risky and death causing it is.
So therefore i request you sir to displace the passing wire and divert it on another place

From last many months we are facing problem of electricity in our location - krisnapuri chutia road no 7, 8, 9, 10, ranchi. Due to overload every time transformer blast, many time we have complaining about the same but one is serious about the same. Last night transformer blast and it is not in a situation to repair, changing transformer is the one situation, from last night there is no light in our road no., so kindly arrange some alternate way for electricity urgently and inbetween this kindly change the transformer.

Sir, I (Anil Kumar Sinha - Consumer. No. ANG6991) complains to Mr. Abhay Kumar, Exec. Egg. Kissing Doranda, Ranchi for requirement of poles from one year because we have brought wire through 5 bamboos and facing difficulties due to there is no poles in our road.
We pay your attention that our bamboos are falling down due to termite and any accident may be occur.
Therefore kindly provide poles in our road also.

Sir, my meter reading was taken wrong by your staff who takes reading and for that i get a bill of 60 thousands and which is not correct since 1year and i am paying interest and 50% of that everymonth sir please correct that no one is hearing at sdo office bhurkunda area

We have applyed for electric connection of 1KW but no connection has been given to us. After complaining to dvc office for pole issue no solution has been done. There are 30 houses who are suffering from electric problem. DVC officers demanded money for pole issues.
