In spite of complaint nos. Cp[protected] dt. 21.5.17,[protected] dt. 27.5.17, cp[protected] dt.20.6.17 to wwe. Jsrb.co.in and 'ezy bzly', on line electric bill payment apps are not functioning. It is against prime minister's dream project 'cashless india' and 'digital india: being a senior citizen aged about 74 years with fractured leg, it is very difficult for me to pay the bill on counter. The system is not being rectified.

    I am a resident of baliapur (Dhanbad). We have been undergoing this super failure of electricity in our area since long. Sir, we ard students, it is hampering our future. People here undergo theft of electricity, and we the legal consumers of jharkhand electricity are facing so many issues. Please help us. Take some strict actions.

      Dear Sir,

      We are citizen of village-Birubandh, P.O.-Mahal, Chandankiyari, Bokaro.
      Where the electricity supply is about 2 to 3 hours per day. And at a time about 10 to 15 mins only whereas the very nearest village Amlabad its completely reverse, there power cut is only for 1 to 2 hours per day.
      Its completely unjustly with us.
      Could you please check the electricity supply in this reason. We are happy if you take necessary action to resolve this problem.

        It is getting worst condition of electricity day by day in our colony. As we are talking about smart city but our govt. Is failed to supply the basic needs of common people.in our ward no-14, ram nagar colony, chas, the power failure is common problem. If you can see then please do something​ for it. At this time i. E at 11:55pm, on 26-6-17, all weather conditions seems to be normal but still the power supply is off. The biggest problem is that there is not any complaint no. Which can take it seriously. Really this is very shameful to a our jharkhand electricity board. Just compare yourself from the bihar 20 hrs electricity supply is there.
        This is complaint against a Jharkhand Bijli Vitaran Nigam Limited. Office located near to ITI bus stand Ranchi.
        They never open up their office for the bill payment on time that is 9:00 AM. And they also close this office before scheduled time.
        Do something about this.

I just want to know that whether any person is allotted the task or i directly have to contact the nearest electricity department to submit the bill. I can not able to pay the bill of whole year so i request you to answer me as soon as possible.

            From last week, the condition of electricity supply has been extremely poor in Chas. Frequent power cutoff(s) has become a common phenomenon. Even when the light comes, the voltage is not high enough to run fans properly, let alone the refrigerator and AC. The situation is simply unbearable, unlike previous years where non-availability of electricity was a manageable affair, due to the exurciating heat.
            Sir I want to say That at the area of namkum tumbaguttu electricity bill not delivered at home.Electricity Bill not provided for 5 months.So I request you to please delivered electricity bill at home. Then I pay electricity bill.

              Dear sir/madam. I, deepam banerjee, president human rights cell jharkhand, ncib have informed sdo ashok nagar and even pundag electric office since friday 02 june 2017 about low voltage and no electricity in chaputoli, pundag but till[protected]Sunday), the issue hasn't been resolved. The j. E of electricity ashok nagar is very irresponsible person and doesn't even receive the call or if receive also, doesn't take action upon the complain. I called up pundag and ashok nagar office since friday afternoon for complain number but they said that complain has already been registered by someone and denied registering my complain. Today morning at 9am when i called and informed ashok nagar electric office that i am going to lodge complain in consumer forum then they registered my complain immediately.
              I request you to kindly take strong action upon the defaulters of electricity department ashok nagar for whom we are suffering. They send huge electricity bill each month but we people suffer loss of electricity and face low voltage here in chaputoli, pundag and still pay the bill.

              In Jai Prakasha Nagar Dhanbad electric supply is very poor like 4 to5 hour in 24 hour and when i want to complained about that any staff of electricity department is not answered my call . I want only to maintane your electric supply in Jai prakash nagar and also maintane your complain service those are mentioned in your websites for custumer help
              Today I have received a electricity bill of Rs.27000 which total unusual. I was receiving bill of electricity Rs. 1300 every month. My Consumer No. is KB268.
              My residence is in Mango, Jamshedpur.

                There is a place named barharwa that falls under sahibganj district. The place has been suffering from shortage of electricity supply from many years now. There's no one who showed concern about improving the condition of electricity. For instance.. Today dated 1st june 2017, there's no electricity since 9 o'clock in the morning and now it's 11 o'clock. There's no sign that it is getting correct somewhere. Government should do something about this place.

                There's no electricity in the place named Barharwa which falls under Sahibganj district. All around is dark

                  With due respect i have to say that i meena sinha, facing a lot of problem due to this electric pole. I have made no stone unturned for removing these poles from my land. Electicity department is not taking any action for the last three years. I have to construct a house on the plot (Kundilwagi chowk, panchayat :-nawada, thana: - katkamdag, dis-hazaribagh. Please do something needful.

                    Presently a project has been undertaken to install a transformer with HT line in Sundar Vihar, kokar. It has been slated to be constructed on the road & adjacent to my house which is in contravention to by laws keeping safety distance in mind as published in numerous gazette. Kindly request to initiate necessary action & engineer should take all issues in consideration before direction to commence the work. In case work is not halted we would be compelled to approach legal system.

                      I am a resident of Pancham nagar. Since summer started, we are experiencing high frequency of load shedding and only 100V supply of electricity which supports none of our electronic appliances. Although we pay the same rate of electricity as of 220V we are provided much lower of it. I feel cheated and conned. Though we live in semi urban area, arent we entitled to decent supply of electricity and standard of living? We spend an average of 5 hours without electricity supply in this scorching summer. Please look into the matter and act as soon as possible.

                        I am paresh from lalmatiya basti which is under of ganeshpur supplier, we didnot get electricity from 4 days, and sdo anil kumar of ganeshpur doestn't respond anything, he is not taking any call about electricity, and he dont want to do something to solve electricity problem, i called him to solve but he always disconnect the calls, and todays temperature is about 38 and humidity is also high, we cant manage to live here without electricity so please take some actions againts sdo 'anil kumar' and please solve our issue of electricity, we always obliged to you.

                          In our Alkapuri Dibdih area we are facing frequent power failures and single phasing. But my complaint is regarding heavy cyclic voltage variation during past week. The voltage dips to 150V and rises again to 250-270v during a small span of 2 minutes. This in has put to jeopardy our appliances and pump motors. Hope JSEB will be able to find a solution to this menace. If not they may take help of experts in this field.

                            Most of the day time my quarter receives 200 volts. But at night my quarter receives 150-160 volts. Whenever my quarter receives less than 200 volts, machinery item of my house does not run smoothly including ceiling fan, it run very slow even at the speed of 5 in the fan regulator (5 is maximum speed of fan).
                            Therefore, I request you to rectify the problem immediately.

                              Dear sir, i just want to make your attention towards our area new area ghaus nagar (Manitola) doranda, ranchi. As we are staying without power from last 6 days as before we have the connection of power in that area but we don't have the proper electric pole in that area so we used wood to bring electric wire to that area. And we are having electric metre and we are paying bill, tax everything. As due to some unwanted rude people whose land we are using to bring the power, they have destroyed it and broked all the wire connection.
                              As we are 100 houses in that area and you can understand the situation will be in this hot summer season. Every type of people, child, school going kids, some marraige functions are also there in area. So, its a humble request from you sir plz help us in this crucial situation of summer and provide us a proper connection of electric pole with wiring of 3 phases.
                              As we request you to provide a transformer for that area so that we can get good electricity.
                              dear sir, plz do the needful as still the condition is worst, everybody is without power in this summer season.

                                I would like to bring to your kind attention that I had been online payment of Jharkhand Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited (www.JBVNL.CO) consumer no. SK5163 of Rs {(4179) +44.90Service Tax)} Rs 4223.90 (Four Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Three and Ninety Paisa Only) dated 25.02.17. Through Credit Card the transaction was not completed and not settled the bill. I received an error message instead that said: Your transaction failure. I have attempt 5 (Five) Times from HDFC Credit Card [protected] every time came this message. Recently, the Total Amount Debited Rs 21119.50 (Twenty One Thousand One Hundred Nineteen and Fifty Paisa Only). I am enclosing the Card Statement of Card No. [protected]. After 4 hours I have also try to payment the bill through Axis Bank Credit Card No. [protected]. I have attempt twice time Rs {(4179) +44.90Service Tax)} total Rs 8447.80 every time received the same message. Then I went to check my Credit Card View, I found the amount was debited on the same day to Jharkhand Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited. The Total Amount Debited Rs 21119.50 (Twenty One Thousand One Hundred Nineteen and Fifty Paisa Only). I am enclosing the Card Statement of HDFC Credit Card No. [protected] and Axis bank credit Card No[protected] total Rs 8447.80
                                Payment with HDFC Credit Card No [protected] total Rs 21119.50 and Axis Bank Credit Card No. [protected] total Rs 8447.80. Gross total Rs 29567.30

                                I have received the Electricity Bill this month Mention this bill one Amount Rs (417) is adjusted, and excess amount not mention in this bill

                                We have been waiting balance amount for the refund, but till date we have not got any response. It was a complete dissatisfaction for us. We have made the payment through HDFC Credit Card No[protected] & Axis Bank Credit Card No. [protected]. I would be very thankful to you if you could look into the matter as to why this delay has happened and provide our refund at the earliest.

                                        We are very sorry to inform you that the conjumer no - ds 993, ds-994 and & ds 1006 at-mahagama po-mahagama distt-godda jharkhand have facing electricty problem since last 8 year we had sumitted nos. Of complains to state electricty board office from 2009 to till date hand to hand & speed post but no action has been taken from any positive responce find out. We have allready submitted all required document. We demand a new connection and shot out our bill.
                                        Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                                        I lives in joraphatk Dhanbad. We always face problem of not having electricity for more than 2 hours in night. I am unable to understand why it happens in night only. How people will attend their offices or electricity bord is going to declare holiday to next working day.
