Most humble submission i beg to say that i am sohail rabbani living at azad nagar, bhuli road, dhanbad. Sir i have been facing very difficulties due to passing the high tension wire (11 kva) over on my roof / home it is very dangerous for my family mostly the rainy season because the electric flow the wetness wall at my home, we are living with fear all time,

GK1475 namely Mrs Urmila Devi is not being provided regular electric bill and whether it is possible to deposit monthly electricity bill online as is being done in Bihar from last 4 years and Jharkhand is lacking behind to have this facility as far as I know. Kindly provide me due information as well as monthly electricity bill. Thanks.

      Dear Sir, I have purchased a flat (3F) in Ramshakhi Tower, Tupudana (Ranchi) and performed house warming ceremony on 22nd April'2015. On the day of puja, I have fixed 8 CFL and room is still not having fans as because I am working outside the State of Jharkhand. I am surprised to receive a electricity bill in the month of February'2015 for Rs. 3530.00 wherein it is not been occupied with minimum requirement o[censored]tilities.         Our Consumer No is ANG 11930 Book No. AG 09. Our electric meter was malfunctioning. We bought a new Meter Make "Secure Meter Ltd" Sl No JSE 81308 Type E3D109, 3 PH, 4 WIRE. Address 441 A Ashok Nagar, Road No. 5, Ranchi. We deposited the fees for testing Rs.300 Receipt No. 12060. Despite reminders the new meter has not been tested and replaced.

        voltage fluctuation.....50 to 300 every few seconds

        the voltage fluctuation is been happening since 6 months causing damage to adaptors, of lap top and other electronic items.pls rectify the same at the earliest location is next to nirsa post office, nirsa dhanbad

          dumka district, jharkhand se me aam public hu hamare yaha bijle rahte he nahe hai, sir hum log ye janna chate hai ke hum log jo bijle bill dete hai wo sarkar ke rajkosh me nahe pahuchta kya? per ak baat hai jub v hamare yaha koi ministers ya CM SIR aate hai to 24hrs. power rahte hai, sumujhe sakte hai wo log VIP hai.hum log to nale ke kide hai naa?

            I am a resident of Burdwan Compound ‚ lalpur we have recorded as many as 12 power cuts in a span of 10 hrs ranging from 10 mins to few hours . The power cuts have been crazy in this as a consumer its infuriating. Our studies as well as daily works are hindered by these power cuts please try to minimize it . And please look into this matter .

              It's been 7-8 months, I have got a new connection at my new residence (Estimate no. 315/14.15, Near ISM Chowk, Pundag, Sub-division:-Ashok Nagar, Ranchi), but did not get any electricity bill till now. After regular follow up with the concern office, no action has been taken. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I am residing at Chira Chas Bokaro. In this area number of flats and duplexes has been developed by the builders. But the Builder is not providing any electricity bill. When asking for the original bill they are telling that the individual electricity bill is not generated. I think that they are doing wrong practices and not paying the money to electricity department. As a good citizen I would like to draw the attention towards the same. Please look into the matter and curb the wrong practices by the builder at chira chas area. Regards Citizen

                I am a resident of chira chas and since yesterday there is almost no light...we people of chira chas are at no fault...we pay our electricity bills regularly but are made to sufer in such ways in this summer season..may i please know the reason for our suffering...

This bad wire can break also I any day which may le to fatal accident. Please do the needful to replace the wire.                     This Application is for the Consumer No. DD1H4D2005A1000000SDD06745 for the address : DR RAM LAKHAN PRASAD, F-104, Shree Shakti Apartment, Wing-II, Banasthali Colony, Bhuiphore, Dhanbad, PIN-828109 registered under Jharkhand Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited.
                    The Electricity Bill for Feb 2015 month has already been paid at the respective Electricity Office as per the Scheduled time .
                    The Electricity Bill(Bill No. 21970) for March 2015 month has a Bill Due date as on 29/04/2015 and it still today 22/04/2015.
                    The Electricity Connection in my residence(F-104, Shree Shakti Apartment, Wing-II, Banasthali Colony, Bhuiphore, Dhanbad) mentioned above has been cut today by the Dhanbad Electricity Nigam Officials as they said that there is no electricity bill payment by us.
                    This is really bad and lapse on the part of Electricity Officials to maintain proper documentation and records of proper bill payment by the Customers which in turn provides great amount of inconvenience to Regular Paying Customers.
                    Please instruct the Dhanbad Electricity Bill Officials to re-connect my electricity line at the earliest.Therefore, I need the Government to take strict action against those officials who have cut the Electricity Line without proper information to Consumers and lack of maintenance of record.

                    Reg - bill received for Nov 2016 on higher side (consumer no - BA9101)

                    Dear sir
                    With due respect I SHANKRACHARYA resident of flat no 302 block 16, sector 1, NGHC khelgaon, received electricity bill for Nov 2016 of R's. 9003.00 total unit consumed 2709 which is incorrect. We reside at the residence occasionally and the average bill is about R's. 100 to 200 which I am paying regularly. I think this is a human error in feeding the current reading in computer. We have verified the reading of meter and found total 34 unit consumed till date.
                    Hence I request you to kindly correct the bill and revise the bill and send us so that we can pay the bill amount in time.

                          Respected Sir/Madam (In charge Consumer Forum) This is to bring to your notice for the irregular services and the inconvenience caused by Jharkhand State Electricity Board. The people of Bilasi Area in Deoghar district are facing of lot of irregular services from the Electricity Board.SDO and J.E. of Deoghar electricity office is so much corrupt that they ask for Rs. 300/1KWH bribe for each new connection or Load extension for old connections. I am roaming here and there from last 1 month to increase My load from 1 KWH to 3 KWH.They asked for Rs. 2000 everytime I went there even in free camp that organized on 2nd Saturday of every month i.e. today. As a honest citizen I want to extension my load from 1 KWH to 3 KWH.But officers and in charge specially SDO(People says he earns more than 5 lakhs as bribe every month) is so much corrupt and undisciplined that he talks using abuses to normal poor people went there for corruption free camp. I want you to take proper action against him so that dream of our respected Prime Minister of corruption free India could be a reality. I am complaining on behalf of all the people who have been ruined by the kind of service provided by the board. Thank you

                              there is always power disconnection all the time they cut power from 12 noon to 8 pm in the evening its annoying if you people dont want to give electricity why do you even provide with the connection, we always pay our electricity bill on time and still you cut the power supply all the time.

                                Sir, I Sonu Tiwary My Consumer No-KH2679 and my Bill of the Month Nov 2014 is got overbilling.Its reading is on Nov 2014 Bill is10104 but in meter it showing only 8482 And I had complained In The Office Of Chhota Govindpur and in Golmuri ( To SDO) and they told that Engineer will go and verify your meter whether meter has any fault or not but engineer told that meter is all right and he told us that i will register your complaint to the office but our complained got registered they tell that we will solve it but when i gone to know my complaint status in the Main Office From Where Complaint Got Solved They Told That Your Complained till know not reaches to us But its going to have 2 month till now my complaint not yet got solved I request You To Look Into The Matter

                                    We are a resident of Ratnawali Apartment, Lalpur Chowk, Ranchi. Our area transformer burnt few days ago and the technician charged Rs. 5000 to repair it. When we told this price is too high, he told he wont repair if Rs. 5000 is not paid. They also told it will not get burnt soon but again within 15 days the transformer got burnt. This time again same issue. Now it has become a habit. They don't repair the transformer properly as they know they will be getting Rs. 5000 straight away. The worst thing is they are authorised JSEB technician.

                                      My self (Pradeep Kumar Agarwal is tenant in the Flat of Sri Baldev Raj Bhatia) is residing at 4A-Subham Apartment, Lake Avenue, Kanke Road, Ranchi-834008. My Consumer no is-GK 1228, B.K. No-062, Circle-Ranchi, Division-New Capital, Sub Division-Upper Bazar, I have to say that in my November 2013 bill the reading was 8677 and at present (27/9/14) reading is 8733, I mean to say that the meter is in properly running condition but even then the meter reader is not mentioning the present reading and showing in the bill 8677 which was last recorded in the month of Nov 2013 and hence the department is sending the electric charges on fixed basis. Hence I have to request to adjust my extra bill paid amount according to meter reading and for meter rent and etc. Thanking You.

                                        Sir/madam, Here in chandil, condition of electricity is pathetic as power comes and goes more than 25 times a day. It raises suspicion about some illegal nexus and illegal power supply. Its better not to supply power at all if it has to go like this. Soon we are planning to file an RTI along side high level inquiry as culprits are challenging peoples basic rights. It gives us a thought that somebody is playing with the switches at the supplying grid. Soon it has to end or to face the public petition.
