The Electricity Bill for Feb 2015 month has already been paid at the respective Electricity Office as per the Scheduled time .
The Electricity Bill(Bill No. 21970) for March 2015 month has a Bill Due date as on 29/04/2015 and it still today 22/04/2015.
The Electricity Connection in my residence(F-104, Shree Shakti Apartment, Wing-II, Banasthali Colony, Bhuiphore, Dhanbad) mentioned above has been cut today by the Dhanbad Electricity Nigam Officials as they said that there is no electricity bill payment by us.
This is really bad and lapse on the part of Electricity Officials to maintain proper documentation and records of proper bill payment by the Customers which in turn provides great amount of inconvenience to Regular Paying Customers.
Please instruct the Dhanbad Electricity Bill Officials to re-connect my electricity line at the earliest.Therefore, I need the Government to take strict action against those officials who have cut the Electricity Line without proper information to Consumers and lack of maintenance of record.

voltage fluctuation.....50 to 300 every few seconds
the voltage fluctuation is been happening since 6 months causing damage to adaptors, of lap top and other electronic items.pls rectify the same at the earliest location is next to nirsa post office, nirsa dhanbad
