Dear Team,
I have recharged my jio number [protected] on 10th July 2017 of Rs. 309/- with transaction Id [protected]. As per recharge condition this is valid for 56 days from recharge date but now in my jio app showing 17th Aug. is last date to stop said number internet. I have mailed to [protected]@jio.com but no proper response received. 2 times i have talked to customer care and they told that this will automatic resolve but I am being received again and again service stop sms. Please resolve my query on urgent basis.
When 56 days will be completed from 10th July (recharge date) this is not clear and when I am forwarding mail again and again, they not reverted.
