I subscribed to a new connection with JIO Air Fiber on November 26th, 2023, with the expectation of receiving reliable internet services. However, since December 15th, 2023, I have been unable to utilize the internet with VPN, significantly impacting both my personal and professional activities. Despite raising multiple complaints and patiently awaiting a resolution, I have seen no tangible progress in rectifying the issue.
Moreover, my frustration has only escalated due to the lack of transparency and accountability exhibited by your team. Each time I have inquired about the status of the issue resolution, I have been met with promises of further investigation and extended timelines. Regrettably, these assurances have not translated into any meaningful resolution, leaving me with a substandard service that fails to meet the terms of our agreement.
In light of the prolonged and unresolved nature of the problem, I am left with no choice but to request a refund of the advance payment made for the service. It is evident that JIO Air Fiber has failed to deliver the promised level of service, and as a result, I am unable to justify continuing this business relationship.
However, I was taken aback when I was informed that JIO Air Fiber refuses to refund the advance payment of six months and instead offers the option to cancel the connection without reimbursement. This response is wholly unacceptable and does not align with basic principles of customer service and fairness.
Therefore, I am formally requesting the following:
Immediate resolution of the internet connectivity issue, allowing me to use VPN without any restrictions.
A full refund of the advance payment made for the service, amounting to 7500(INCLUDING installation charge.
Written confirmation of the refund process, including a timeline for completion.
