[Resolved] Jio — amount deducted recharge not reflected

I have done a bill payment to jio using PhonePe of amount ₹444 on 13 November but no amount reflected in my account, i have contacted jio care but they have no solution for my problem and they answered me that there is no payment showing in our system, Kindly help me and solve this issue as soon as possible.
