Jio — Bad service from jio fibre service

Today I want to share my personal experience on JIO FIBRE. I am staying in HBR LAYOUT, 6th main, 3rd block, Bangalore pin-560043, I have booked jio fibre on 05-Jan-2023, I have recived a call from jio representative Shiv (PH:[protected], His team lead is Sudhakar :[protected] )Agent communication was not good and with the help of his team lead i have booked JIO Fibre with a deposit amount 1500 Rs. They said installation will be done on same day (installation request :NO0000O54R07) .I was waiting for the call but no one called and have tried reaching to the agent but they are not responding to my calls and messages and after many escalation i have got a call from Installation team (nicolas :[protected])he is very rude and not responding to my queries properly and he checked the connection and said signal is low here so you have to call to the agent who booked jio fibre, they will increase the signal.Hence i tried reaching out to shiv and sudhakar both were not responding to my calls and text .Hence I raised a service ticket for worst service from the agents(service request :SR00001GI7ZI) even after raising request also not recived any update hence I cancelled my jio fibre booking .
I have raised a new request from my wife number since jio fibre is the only network available in my area and I got a immediate call from sudhakar and I showed all my frustration on him and asked him to transfer to different team since he is useless and no updates he will give .Hence request been assigned to some other team (Agent Ramesh :[protected]) on 07-jan-2023 I have explained my past experience he asked to wait for 30 mins but have not recived any response from him as well, today (09-Jan-2023) he picked my call and have asked for update he said signal is low in your place it should be increased it will be taken care by backend team .

I have never seen worse service than this.I am sitting in city(capital city bangalore) not in village still they are giving worst services
Now connection is being canceled by me and new connection have raised but no response yet . Jio fiber have not provided me even 3rd class service if you are making new connection then it is made within 24 hours .

My personal opinion is, don’t go with Jio Fiber. As other service is not available in my area hence still hanging with Jio Fiber.

i have not recive any solution to my jio fibre connection .If you incapable to resolve simple issues why you people cheating customers by collecting deposit amount .l have raised another service request (SR00001GMKW9)they have closed my ticket without giving solution.
