I had already registered a complaint earlier regarding my issue, but till now no proper action has been taken. This is highly disappointing.

Despite multiple attempts to contact customer care, I have not received any resolution. Even the delivery person is not responding.
This delay and negligence is causing me inconvenience. I request you to take immediate action on my complaint and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
If my issue is not resolved soon, I will be forced to escalate this matter to higher authorities and consumer forum.
Kindly treat this as urgent.

मैंने अपनी शिकायत दर्ज कराने के बाद कंपनी की ओर से अभी तक कोई संतोषजनक कार्रवाई नहीं देखी है। कंपनी की तरफ से केवल एक ऑटोमेटेड (स्वचालित) मैसेज/ईमेल प्राप्त हुआ है, जिसमें शिकायत दर्ज होने की पुष्टि की गई है, लेकिन समस्या का समाधान नहीं किया गया। ईमेल से संपर्क: यदि कोई ईमेल आया है तो लिखें उदाहरण: मुझे इस ईमेल आईडी से संपर्क किया गया – [email protected] फोन कॉल से संपर्क: उदाहरण: मुझे इस नंबर से कॉल प्राप्त हुआ – 8890977758 कंपनी के प्रतिनिधि ने समस्या को जल्द हल करने का आश्वासन दिया था, लेकिन अभी तक कोई ठोस कार्रवाई नहीं की गई है। इस कारण मेरी समस्या अभी भी जस की तस बनी हुई है और मुझे काफी परेशानी हो रही है। निवेदन: कृपया मेरी शिकायत का जल्द से जल्द समाधान किया जाए

I also contacted Jio customer care but no proper action has been taken yet.
