Jio — complaint regarding wrong postpaid plan started on number.

I am using postpaid card of jio having number [protected]. I started plan of rs 399 in the month of september which was for 3 months pack. I also credited deposit of rs. 400 for this postpaid plan. But after end of 3 months jio has raised bill of rs. 813 for last 3 months usage. What the hell company is doing? Totally cheating with customers. When i already started plan of rs. 399 for 3 months then for what this bill is raised? I have started this plan from jio care office only. I want full refund of my deposit money as well as rs. 813 asked in bill.
