I had recharge my mobile no. for annual of Rs. 2599/- before expire of my existing plan. That annual plan includes Jio services as well as Disney + Hotstar subscription. now my exiting plan expired and recharged plan activated but that not showing Disney + Hotstar membership.
I already complaint registered to jio team but they said that
"It is sad to know that you are unable to view your Disney+ Hotstar subscription. We regret the inconvenience caused. Please be informed that based on the update received for service request SR000016XJ2A, your Disney+ Hotstar VIP subscription for 1 year has expired. Even if the recharge has been done multiple times, the validity is considered from the first eligible recharge. The recharge was done 28 days prior to the expiry of Disney+ Hoststar subscription hence, the renewal has not been done. If you want to continue using Disney+ Hotstar subscription for 1 more year then request you to recharge again with any of the eligible Jio plans. Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us again. Appreciate your understanding.
Team Jio".
It is requested to resolved this issue on urgent basis.
