I am writing this to bring to your notice about wrong information being provided by your backend team and technical staff when opting for new Jio Fiber connection.
I have been requesting a Jio Fiber connection on the mentioned location since a year, but no technician has ever visited.
Once we managed to get a technician visit from other no. and the technician named Dilip Vishwakarma whose mobile no. is [protected] visited us and did the survey and the procedure.
For the process he requested for approval from builder which the builder provided only on the condition that if the Jio doesn't provide the connection the said Survey Letter's original copy should be returned to the builder. To which your technician committed.
But post that due your technical limitation the connection was not provided to your society and the technician is not returning us the survey letter.
We have been chasing him over 6 months but he is just pushing the date ahead.
I also spoke to the area supervisor and he also commited that it would be returned, but he also didnt.
We are tried convincing Jio that incase you dont return our letter the builder wont allow any other provider to provide new connection.
Request you to kindly look into this matter on priority and provide us all the original documents back. Was this information helpful? |
